GST

All prices listed on our website and Facebook page are inclusive of GST. Please contact us if you would like a GST receipt.

Returns / Refunds

All sales are final - there will be no returns or refunds on items purchased,  however we will be happy to exchange your purchase if you wish to choose another item to the same value or higher. If you choose to exchange your item for an item of a higher value the balance must be paid by you, the customer. We do not accept returns on custom work or international orders. 

Wholesale Orders

If you would like to sell our products in your store please contact us at sales@custommetalart.co.nz and we can give you our wholesale information.

Christmas Orders
All orders for Christmas are shipped the first week of December. All orders must be placed by the 15th November to enable us to fulfill orders on time.
