How do I get a custom piece made?

It's pretty simple - email us a photo of what your would like and we'll tell you if it can be done and how much the price will be. Email all enquiries to sales@custommetalart.co.nz

What medium can you cut?

We cut mild steel, corten, aluminium & stainless steel.
Although corten is a bit more expensive it's the best medium to use if you want your piece to rust evenly.

What size can you cut?

The sky is pretty much the limit with size however to make sure your item can go on NZ Couriers and not Mainfreight (pretty pricey) we suggest making your artwork 1700mm or less.

How long before my order is shipped?

Corten steel orders are shipped within 7 business days. Powder coating orders take up to 14 working days.
Please allow longer for custom artwork or if it's the Christmas Season

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can certainly ship internationally. Contact us for a quote.

Do you supply to wholesale customers?

Yes! If you have a retail store and would like to stock our art then please get in touch with us at sales@custommetalart.co.nz

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us to organise a refund.

We do not offer refunds on custom pieces or international orders and we do not refund freight charges.
